This website deliberately works without cookies, without tracking and without embedded third-party services. Fonts and maps are not loaded from external servers. Here is what data does occur.

2. Hosting and server log files

When you visit this website, our hosting provider's server automatically processes information transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser and operating system, and the referring page. This data is technically required to deliver the website and to ensure its stability and security (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). It is not combined with other data sources and is automatically deleted by the host after a short period.

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM — Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The provider processes the data exclusively in Germany and acts as our processor under Art. 28 GDPR; a data processing agreement is in place.

3. Contact form and email

If you write to us via the contact form or by email, we process the details you provide (name, phone number, email address, optionally company and message) solely to answer your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR). The data is deleted once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.

The form is processed on our own web space — no external form service is involved and no data is transferred to a third country. Your details are forwarded to our mailbox by email only and are not stored in a database.

To protect against automated bulk submissions we limit the number of submissions per sender. For this purpose a salted hash of your IP address — not the IP address itself — is stored for at most one hour and then deleted automatically. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the security and functioning of the form (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

4. Telephone reservations

For telephone reservations we note your name, the number of guests and the time. We use these details only to handle the reservation and discard them afterwards.

5. No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or marketing tools and embeds no third-party content (no Google fonts, no map iframes, no social media plugins). That is why there is no cookie banner. The link "Open route on Google Maps" only takes you to Google after you click it — Google's privacy terms apply from there. The Instagram link in the footer works the same way: no Instagram content is embedded, and a connection to Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) is only established once you click the link. As long as you stay on this site, Instagram learns nothing about your visit.

6. Your rights

You have the right to information about your stored personal data (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21). Please use the contact details above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority — the competent authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony.
