Regional
Regional cheese, regional honey and Waterkant lemonades from Northern Germany — short distances, clear origins.
Cakes from grandma's recipes
Having a good day? Make it better — with a generous slice of cake and a proper serving of cream. The selection changes daily and sits fresh in the counter.
Vegan — not a side note, but a menu of its own
Vegan scrambled tofu, vegan waffles, vegan flammkuchen and even vegan vanilla soft ice cream: here, vegan is not a single dish but a full selection across the menu.
Vegan scrambled tofu with peppers and onions
Vegan waffles with homemade apple compote
Vegan flammkuchen
Vegan vanilla soft ice cream and vegan shakes
